This page is for exhibitors and others who will be shipping books, Silent Auction items, and other items to Haiku North America 2007.
Shipping In
First Day Shipments Will Be Accepted: Friday, August 10, 2007
Last Day Shipments Will Be Accepted: Thursday August 16, 2007
Ship artwork, books, Silent Auction items, or any other items that you would like to ship to the Haiku North America conference to the Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center. The Hawthorne Inn will accept UPS and FedEx packages, but is not set up for pallets. Exhibitors may also hand-carry boxes into the hotel.
Note: Storage space is limited, so the Hawthorne Inn must charge a storage fee of $5.00 per day, per package. The storage fee must be paid before you can take possession of your items at the conference.

All boxes should be marked "Haiku North America Books," "Haiku North America Auction Item," and so on. Please also write your name or your organization's name on the outside of the box. Boxes that do not have the name of the sender can not be placed at the assigned area unless we know who it is from.
Note: To verify shipments, contact the shipping company. No one else can verify shipments.

Shipping Out
Exhibitors are responsible for shipping out.
All books must be clear of the book fair area by 10 PM on Saturday, August 18, 2007.
All exhibit material must be clear from the Hawthorne Inn by 11 AM on Sunday, August 19, 2007.
Please take this into account when deciding about your outgoing freight.
