There are three ways to register for Haiku North America 2007, as described below. If you would like to review the fees before you register, see Fees . If you have other questions about registration, see the printable forms in the next section.
Click either of these links to display a printable copy of the registration form. If one link does not work for you, try the other one: HNA 2007 Registration Form (PDF) or HNA 2007 Registration Form (HTML).
Print the form, fill it out, and mail it in according to the instructions on the form.

Before you begin, you might want to print these instructions and refer to them as you follow the steps.
Click this link to go to the convention registration page on the Winston-Salem Visitor’s Bureau Web site: Convention Registration.
Scroll down the Convention Registration page until you see the Enter Convention Name box.
Enter “Haiku North America” (or just “haiku”) in the Enter Convention Name box, then click the Go button. A page that says “Haiku North America” displays.
On the Haiku North America page, ignore the instruction to "CLICK ON CONVENTION NAME," and ignore the Hotel Registration button. Both of these options will take you to a hotel registration page, which is not operational for HNA.If you have trouble with the online form, contact the Winston-Salem Visitor’s Bureau as instructed on this page: Convention Registration.
You can register by 9:00 AM on the day you will attend the conference. However, you can save some money if you register before the convention, by July 16. See Fees .
