Notes

"bouys bob" was written in November of 1999 at the Kennedy Library, which faces Massachusetts Bay.

The poem was set to music and perfomed as a trio by Peter Zay, cello; Anastasia De Gruttola, violin; with Raffael de Gruttola reading the text.

Moon for the Misbegotten is the title of a play by Eugene O'Neill. sunken schooner is a book of haiku by Canadian poet, Margaret Saunders.
